Neuro-oncology Workshop, Glasgow, 2-3 May 2013

This very successful meeting was held at the Beatson Institute in Glasgow

The programme included presentations about brain tumours - diagnosis and
treatment pathways, brain tumour tissue collection, adjuvant treatments and chemotherapy, the role of the CNS and psycho-social aspects of a brain tumour diagnosis.
We also held a 'Dragon's Den' session to discuss new trial proposals. During the two days we were also able to organise tours around the new diagnostic pathology laboratories at the Southern General Hospital.
